trusteed pension funds the opportunity to diversify
their existing stock and bond portfolios with to-be-built
institutional quality real estate projects located in
their jurisdictions and constructed with 100% union
labor.
The BUILD Fund of Indiana began operations during
the 3rd quarter of 2001.
