	Perrysburg Plaza, LLC Perrysburg, OH Infill retail on a 16.5 acre site next to Lowe's with 8,500 sq ft outlot retail space followed by Phase II with up to 150,000 sq ft of additional retail space. BUILD Fund Equity Investment Amount: 2,695,000 Total Project Cost: 5,295,000
