  • Have Adopted the AFL-CIO’s 2003 Proxy Voting Guidelines;
  • Will nominate and Support Independent Directors that possess a long-term view and recognize the Value of Workers to the Company;
  • Will support reasonable executive “Pay for Performance” packages that effectively Align the Interest of Company Management with Shareholders;
  • Will support proposals encouraging “High-Performance” workplace practices such as employee training, collaborative decision making, and employment security.

LMFA Advisors, LLC (LMFA) uses EQYTY Research and Management, Ltd. (EQYTY) as the sub-advisor. EQYTY has extensive experience managing equity portfolios and mutual funds. LMFA and EQYTY have created model portfolios for both the Large and Small Cap products that were based on EQYTY’s live research back to 1999.
